Set up an appointment with a mortgage broker( check out my Useful Links page) ahead of time to know what your spending limits are. To be pre-approved before you write an offer is not only helpful to close the deal but gives you  added security as well.

Approximately 48 hours before any listing is available on the MLS web site, my personal tracking system can email you those New Listings so you can see them right away too. As new listings are added to the internal MLS Realtor database, my system will check your profile against the new listing and email you when there is a match.

Viewing and making an offer.

As your realtor we will set up showings for you to view any properties that you may be interested in. If you wish to make an offer we can proceed with that after going over any questions you may have with legal, financial, inspection or tax issues.  Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make in your life and it makes good sense to go into it as well equipped as possible.

I can help to set up home inspections, water or septic inspectios, fireplace or woodstove certification and recommend mortgage lendors or legal services to cover the conveyancing of your purchase or sale.
